To get six pack abs fast you must train different then most people do. Let’s face it most people want to have rock hard abs and spend hours in the gym unfortunately the results are very poor. Therefore I’d like to give you the 5 biggest six pack mistakes people make and how you can avoid them.
1) Not losing enough body fat
You already have six pack abs however not fully developed but they are hidden under a layer of stubborn body fat. It is important that you reduce your body fat to ten percent or below for men and fifteen percent (or lower) for women. And diets are not the answer in the begging you lose some weight but mainly water weight and muscle weight. You need to lose pure body fat.
Fitness magazines are owned by supplement companies. And it’s even worse winners from bodybuilding contests in their local area are being offered money for false testimonials. Of course they didn’t use it … they were not better then you but they have access to the right tools and the right mindset and motivation.
3) Doing long slow cardio
Most people believe that spending hours and hours on a treadmill is the best way to lose belly fat and get six pack abs. If long slow cardio is so effective to lose body fat fast then whey are their so much overweighted joggers. However if you invest in your six pack quest you get some very effective cardio workouts and you don’t lose muscle and your metabolism doesn’t slow down. With the cardio workouts you learn from traditional magazines you lose muscle mass and it slows down your metabolism.
4) Not lifting weights.
Weight lifting is one of the best exercises to get ripped fast and what most people don’t know it is on of the best exercises to get rid of stubborn body fat as well. The more muscle mass you have the faster your metabolic rate will be.
5) Doing sit-ups and crunches
Sit-ups and crunches are the least effective exercise to develop six pack abs … it’s true. The best ab workouts would be a variety of weighted movements. But remember everything works for a certain period of time. If the exercise becomes too easy after a certain period of time your body won’t adapt anymore. And the last tip make sure you add variations to your exercise. Do not make the fatal mistake doing the same exercises each time.
