A 4 minute fat loss workout

4 minutes high intensity = 36 minutes of boring slow cardio
( yes it has been proven by at least 2 studies: Yale and Ohio)


A few things to pay attention to.
1) Although Vince is a professional trainer he is still huffin and puffin during and after his workout.
Keep in mind if you do a workout and you have the energy to call your friends then it's not high enough in intensity.
